Payment & Insurance Information
Well Within is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service or within 24 hours for telehealth sessions. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. While we are not in-network with insurance providers, we are happy to provide a detailed invoice for each session. This can be used to seek reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or apply toward your out-of-network deductible, depending on your insurance plan.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
