Art therapy

Art therapy is a recognized mental health profession that combines the creative process with therapeutic support. Guided by a trained art therapist, clients engage in art-making—such as painting, drawing, writing, sculpture, or collage—as a means of self-expression, emotional exploration, and healing. Through this process, individuals can better understand their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and work through personal challenges. The goal of art therapy is to enhance or restore emotional well-being and overall psychological functioning in a safe, supportive environment.
